Our Story
Why Elm Fork?
The Elm Fork of the Trinity River flows 85 miles through much of North Texas, feeding both Lake Ray Roberts, Lake Lewisville and continuing along I-35 until it merges with the West Fork just south west of downtown Dallas to form the Trinity River. It has been a primary water source for much of the Dallas area.
The Tree

He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.”
Just like the Elm Fork has been a primary source of water and irrigation to the Dallas area, The Lord is our source for all things. We live our lives to serve and honor him. It is our goal to be like the tree spoken of in Jeremiah, allowing our roots to feed on the streams of living water that come only from the God of the universe.
