Both, though never on both sides of the same deal without the written consent Texas requires for intermediary status.

We are licensed across Texas. DFW is our focus, and we take work elsewhere in the state where we know the market first hand.
Do you provide an offering memorandum?
Yes, for listed property. Ask and we will send it, along with rent roll and operating statements where we have them.
